Q: Do dogs and cats get groomed?

A: Yes. All dogs and cats are brushed every day. If you require your pet clipped, we have a professional beautician visit, catering to all breeds of dogs and cats.

Q: Will our dog or cat need a rabies vaccination on arrival in the UK?

A: Yes. All dogs and cats arriving into quarantine for 6 months, require a rabies vaccination. This is compulsory.

Q: Who will collect our pets when they arrive in the UK?

A: We will collect your pet from the airport or seaport and clear UK customs on your behalf. We are licensed carriers.

Q: How will my pet react to 6 months quarantine?

A: All dogs and cats settle in very well here at Bayton Lodge. We take very special care of our canine and feline guests. They are treated like one of our family. We only quarantine a small number of guests so they receive the very best attention at all times.

Q: May we visit our pets?

A: Of course. You can go into the kennel or cat chalet to play with your pet. You are made very welcome with tea, coffee and soft drinks available to you and your family. Visiting times are Monday to Saturday, from 12 Noon to 4 PM.
